California Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: August 13, 2026

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”). Terms such as “personal information,” “sell,” “share,” and “sensitive personal information” have the meanings given in the CCPA.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Version 1.0 of the iOS app does not transmit grocery records to RVAi Consulting LLC. The only personal information we may receive is what you choose to put in a support email.

1. Personal information we may receive

In the last 12 months we may have received, or we may receive, these categories if you email support:

We do not receive, through the iOS app, receipt images, item-level purchase history, loyalty identifiers, budgets, precise geolocation, government IDs, financial account numbers, or biometric information. If you attach those things to a support email, we treat them as customer-support records you submitted and ask you not to send them unless we specifically request a redacted file.

2. Sources, purposes, and retention

3. Your California rights

Subject to CCPA exceptions, you may request to:

We cannot fulfill a request to export or delete grocery data that exists only on your device, because we do not have that data. Use Export or restore, or Delete all data, in the app. We can act on personal information in support email we actually received.

4. How to exercise rights

Email support@aisleintelligence.app with the subject “California privacy request.” Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough information to find your correspondence (usually the email address you used). We will verify the request by matching it to our support records. We will not require an account, because version 1.0 has no account.

You may use an authorized agent. The agent must provide proof of authorization, and we may still need to verify you. We will respond within the time the CCPA requires, or explain why we cannot.

5. Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 (Shine the Light) lets certain residents ask about personal information disclosed to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. To make a Shine the Light request, use the same email address with the subject “Shine the Light.”

6. Do Not Sell or Share

Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not operate a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” cookie or opt-out preference-signal workflow for advertising. A Global Privacy Control or similar signal is not needed for this website. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and the Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.
