These are the standard consumer and product disclosures for Aisle Intelligence version 1.0. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. The Terms of Use, EULA, and Privacy Policy control if something here is shorter than those documents.
Independence
Built by Westhampton Interactive Studios. Aisle Intelligence is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of any grocer, wholesaler, delivery service, loyalty program, coupon service, payment network, or bank. Store names you enter are your records.
Not a financial product
The app does not connect to bank or card accounts, move money, issue credit, report to a consumer-reporting agency, or replace a full personal-finance app. It tracks grocery receipts you add. It is not a substitute for statements from your bank or retailer. Figures in the app are not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the app or on this site is tax, legal, accounting, insurance, investment, nutritional, dietary, or medical advice. A harvest calendar is not a diet plan. A budget bar is not a recommendation that you should spend or not spend. Talk to a qualified professional when you need that kind of advice.
Recognition and numbers
Receipt text is recognized on your iPhone using Apple technologies. It can be wrong—especially on faded, folded, handwritten, or unusually formatted receipts. You must review merchant, date, items, quantities, tax, savings, and totals before save. Charts, budgets, price changes, and “next trip” figures use only those saved records. Aisle Intelligence does not guarantee that a recognized amount matches the merchant’s record.
Your items, your stores
Price changes, repeat items, store scorecards, and next-trip estimates come from your itemized receipts and your stores. They are historical estimates, not live shelf prices, a competitor’s advertised price, or a promise you will pay that amount next time. When a receipt includes quantity and unit price, Aisle Intelligence compares the unit price and estimates the historical low at your latest recorded quantity. Otherwise it compares matching item-and-package descriptions. Consistent names and package details produce better comparisons.
Seasonal harvest
The harvest calendar is typical U.S. farmers-market seasonality joined to a ZIP region. Midwestern ZIPs use the Northeast table; Southwestern ZIPs use the South table. It is not live stall inventory, weather, USDA pricing, or a guarantee of availability or price. Produce from your own receipts is highlighted when names match.
Loyalty cards
A barcode is generated only from the member ID you type. Aisle Intelligence does not verify the identifier with the retailer, download balances, or update rewards. Present it at checkout only if it matches the card or code the retailer issued to you.
Exports and notifications
CSV and JSON leave the app only when you use the iOS share sheet. The destination then handles that copy under its own terms. A full backup can include receipt images and loyalty IDs you stored. Reminders are scheduled on your device; there is no push server. iOS Focus modes and system notification settings can delay or hide them.
Trademarks
All retailer, product, and loyalty names are used only to identify stores and items you recorded. Those marks belong to their owners. Apple, iPhone, App Store, Face ID, Touch ID, VoiceOver, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Aisle Intelligence is a product name of RVAi Consulting LLC. Use of a mark is not a claim of partnership.
Version 1.0 commercial status
This version is free and has no ads, sponsored placements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Aisle Intelligence does not receive payment for store rankings or shopping actions.
Advertising and endorsements
Version 1.0 contains no paid endorsement, influencer placement, or sponsored retailer placement. We do not pay for reviews of Aisle Intelligence or ask App Store reviewers to post a review in exchange for compensation.
Website
aisleintelligence.app is a static site. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not run JavaScript, and does not include a form handler. Opening a page is not an app analytics event. Support email is optional and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
