Privacy Policy

Short version: Aisle Intelligence processes and stores your grocery data on your device. This release has no developer-operated account, backend connection, analytics or advertising SDK, subscription, or in-app purchase. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information. See the California Privacy Notice.

1. Who operates Aisle Intelligence

Aisle Intelligence is provided by RVAi Consulting LLC, doing business as Westhampton Interactive Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Information you choose to store

Aisle Intelligence lets you store grocery information locally on your device, including:

receipt images and text recognized from receipts;
merchant names, purchase dates, totals, savings, notes, and line items;
budgets and grocery categories;
store-profile details you enter, such as a loyalty program name, member ID, reward balance, notes, and reward expiration date; and
app preferences and reminder settings.

This information is used on your device to provide receipt capture, organization, budgeting, charts, search, loyalty cards, reminders, backup, and export features.

3. Information this version does not collect

The app does not transmit your grocery records, receipt images, loyalty details, searches, budgets, retailer accounts, or location to us. We do not operate an app account or backend service for this release and do not include an advertising, analytics, or tracking SDK. We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. This website

aisleintelligence.app is a static site. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not run JavaScript, and does not include a form handler. Ordinary web-server and content-delivery logs may record an IP address, user agent, and requested path to operate and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build an advertising profile. Legal agreements are listed at /legal/.

5. Receipt camera, photo, file, and OCR use

Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan a paper receipt. You may instead use a system photo or file picker or enter a receipt manually. Receipt text recognition uses Apple’s on-device Vision technologies. Aisle Intelligence does not upload the selected receipt to us.

6. Network use

This release does not contact a developer-operated app backend or load remote commercial content. The Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclosures, EULA, and Support links, email-support action, and destinations selected through the iOS share sheet open only when you choose them and are then handled by the selected website, email provider, or destination under its own terms.

7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Aisle Intelligence schedules local notifications on your device for budget milestones, reward expiration dates, or a weekly review. No notification server is used. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings and reminder preferences in Aisle Intelligence.

8. Exports, backups, and sharing

You can create a CSV export or a full JSON backup and send it through the iOS share sheet. A full backup can include receipt images and loyalty details. When you choose a destination, that destination’s provider handles the copy under its own terms. We do not choose, receive, or retain your exported file. Protect exported files as you would protect the original receipts.

9. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete individual records, use “Delete all data,” or remove the app. “Delete all data” removes Aisle Intelligence’s local database, stored receipt images, preferences, store profiles, and scheduled notifications from that device. Copies that you previously exported must be deleted from their destinations separately.

10. Security

Aisle Intelligence uses the iOS app sandbox and iOS file-protection options for its local database and receipt images. No method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your device passcode and exported backups protected.

11. Children

Aisle Intelligence is a general-audience budgeting utility and is not directed to children under 13. The app has no account or personalized advertising profile, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information by email, write to the support address below and we will delete that correspondence.

12. Your choices and rights

You can export, restore, or delete local grocery data in the app without contacting us. You can deny camera or notification permission and still use manual entry and core records. You can stop using the app and delete it. If you emailed support, you may ask us to delete that correspondence. California residents have additional rights described in the California Privacy Notice.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Aisle Intelligence’s features, data handling, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date on this page. If an update materially changes how app data is handled, we will provide an appropriate notice in the app or release notes and make any disclosures or requests for consent required by law or App Store policy.

14. Support correspondence

If you choose to email support, RVAi Consulting LLC receives your sender address, message, and any device, issue, or attachment details you choose to include. We use support correspondence to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and meet legal obligations—not for advertising or tracking—and retain it only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Do not send retailer passwords, payment details, unredacted receipts, loyalty IDs, or a full backup unless support explicitly requests a specific redacted file through a trusted channel.
